NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS as of January 1st I will be raising 60 min treatments to $135 and 40 min treatment $105 due to rising costs of business There is free parking available on the street and in the Lordco parking lot (please park in designated spots), otherwise you can pay for parking in the back parking lot. If your appointment is after 530pm or on Sundays, I will have to retrieve you from one of the doors.. as the outside doors will be locked. Please bring any direct billing information if you would like me to direct bill. I look forward to seeing you! Be reminded that treatment involves an interview, assessment and home care if needed.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a safe and effective treatment approach for a number of different conditions. Massage therapists use a hands on approach to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.

Stefanie Mesic
(She/Her/Hers)

Stefanie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster in 2018. Since then, she has gained clinical and outreach experience. During school she had the opportunity to treat at BC Women’s hospital, UBC and George Pearson care centre. She has also participated in two cadaver labs to deepen her anatomy knowledge. Since graduating she has taken courses on chronic pain, oncology massage, pregnancy and yoga.

Stefanie practices with an evidence-based, patient centered approach. She believes everyone can benefit from massage therapy, therefore treating people of all ages and abilities, tailoring each treatment to their specific needs.

Some areas of focus are pre/post natal, chronic stress/pain, sports treatments, palliative/cancer treatments.

When she’s not in the office you can find her gardening, running, biking and being a Mom to her two young children.
